為進一步加強檢驗檢測機構監管，規范檢驗檢測市場秩序，北京市市場監督管理局、北京市公安局、北京市規劃和自然資源委員會、北京市生態環境局、北京市交通委員會、北京市水務局定于8月至10月在全市范圍內開展檢驗檢測機構“雙隨機、一公開”監督抽查。

北京市將對機動車檢驗、生態環境監測、自然資源檢驗檢測、水利水質監測、醫療器械防護用品檢驗檢測、食品檢驗、成品油和清凈劑質量檢測等9個領域作為檢驗檢測機構監督抽查重點。

        在生態環境領域，多部門將聯合對碳排放核查相關檢驗檢測機構開展監督檢查，主要檢查近兩年出具的碳排放核查相關檢驗檢測報告。對檢查中發現的碳排放核查相關檢驗檢測機構數據造假等違法行為，依法依規嚴肅處理。在機動車檢驗領域，北京市市場監管局等部門將聯合開展機動車檢驗機構監督檢查，加強實時視頻監控巡查和異常業務數據分析研判，及時預警違規行為，嚴格倒查問責，嚴厲打擊替檢代檢、未經檢驗出報告、篡改檢驗數據、出具虛假檢驗報告等違法違規行為。

In the field of motor vehicle inspection, the Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation and other departments will jointly carry out supervision and inspection of motor vehicle inspection institutions, strengthen real-time video surveillance patrols and analysis and judgment of abnormal business data, timely warn of violations, strictly investigate and hold accountable, and severely crack down on illegal and irregular behaviors such as substitute inspection, report production without inspection, tampering with inspection data, and issuing false inspection reports.

同時，組織取得市級CMA資質認定證書的813家檢驗檢測機構開展風險自查，重點自查檢驗檢測活動是否符合國家相關法律法規的規定，遵循客觀獨立、公平公正、誠實信用原則；檢驗檢測數據、結果是否真實、客觀、準確；管理體系是否有效運行，是否能夠持續符合資質認定條件和要求；從事檢驗檢測活動所必需的檢驗檢測設備設施是否完備；是否遵守反壟斷法等相關法律規定，是否依法合格開展生產經營等。
